KURKU _ SHORTFILM

KURKU is a sea lion, apparently he is the smartest being in the strange ecosystem that surrounds him. Normally he is white, blind and vulnerable. But when he is able to feed, his body turns totally black, he’s able to see and becomes more confident. As an ordinary sea lion, when he’s outside the water he walks clumsily, but when he dives into the sea of clouds, he swims in a very elegant and hypnotising way that resembles as if he’s flying through the depths.
Secondary Characters.

YAWAR, are small crabs that live in the wooden crevices of the dock. They feed on the crystals that grow near them. Their feces serves as manure for the plant to keep growing and extend throughout the dock.

KOYLLUR, are pufferfish which glow from inside. They are enclosed in small lamps that are used to light up the long and infinite dock.
